* Be able to troubleshoot electrical components and read wiring diagrams * Maintain an accurate and organized inventory of parts * Maintain company vehicle * Participate in the on-call rotation that provides service to the store group after normal business hours and on-weekends * Adhere to the work schedule as posted, unless a change in schedule is arranged with the Maintenance Supervisor * Act with integrity, honesty and knowledge that promotes the culture and values of the company * Maintain safety standards * Ensure compliance with all fire and safety codes * Adheres to all city, county, state and federal laws and regulations while driving * Maintain a positive working relationship with other team members and members of management * Performs other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS: * Knowledge of repair, maintenance and installation techniques * Knowledge of and ability to operate basic tools and machinery * HVAC certification preferred but not required * Excellent driving record * Maintain active required licenses (ex: Driver's License) * High level of integrity and professionalism * Ability to maintain confidentiality * Detail oriented with the ability to multi-task effectively ESSENTIAL PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS * Ability to operate various mechanical tools * Ability to climb ladders * Ability to work in outdoor and indoor environments, including travel from location to location. PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: * Perform service and preventative maintenance for company equipment including, but not limited to, refrigeration equipment, fuel pumps, deli grills, fountain drink dispensers, and plumbing equipment. Duties may also change to meet the ongoing needs of the business. Employees may perform other duties to meet the ongoing needs of the business. Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive. All applicants must be at least 21 years of age and have an excellent driving record. Be on-call approximately one week per month to provide service during non-regular working hours.

Perform service in a timely, safe, and quality conscious manner. Troubleshoot and make repairs in a timely manner and communicate with store personnel as well as Maintenance Supervisor and other servicemen.
